Marketing is all around us. It’s on your television and your smartphone, in arenas, and on the streets. Marketing communicates, informs, and persuades.
Those who create this work are marketers, and they are part of a growing industry offering a wide range of career opportunities.
Marketing starts by understanding what customers want. Then marketers develop products, create pricing, and plan distribution. Finally, they promote products and ideas through social media, digital advertising, personal selling, and much more.
Carroll University’s Marketing major provides the skills needed today, and connects you with employers for class projects, internships, and career opportunities.
“A Marketing major provides great career flexibility.”
